Responsibilities

Determine required human, material, and financial resources for a project and optimize work methods
Prepare daily and weekly planning for work activities and schedule personnel, materials, and tools
Coordinate deliveries, supervise subcontractors, and ensure smooth collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors
Set up storage zones, monitor supply, and ensure a safe work environment
Monitor work progress and ensure technical compliance until handover
Provide technical support to foremen and register all activity data
