Applicants should demonstrate a passion for optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes, experience utilizing data to drive patient engagement and outcomes, experience leading successful teams with a track record of collaboration, and a growth mindset adaptable to process change and ambiguous situations. Candidates should also be proficient in utilizing multiple technology platforms and eager to advise on platform improvements.
The Overnight Obstetrics Care Provider (NP or CNM) will be accountable for improving clinical outcomes for empaneled patients by overseeing their medical care, leading daily clinical huddles, reviewing complex patient cases, developing care plans, supporting the clinical team, monitoring adverse events, conducting clinical retrospectives, leading the development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms, actively participating in on-call schedules including overnight and weekend shifts, and contributing to the improvement of Pomelo’s protocols.
