Thirty Madison is seeking a patient-centered and quality-focused Physician to join KMG Medical Group. This role involves caring for patients on our telemedicine platform, focusing on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to redefine healthcare delivery and embody the mission of providing access to healthcare for all individuals with chronic conditions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $226,560 - $267,800 per year (may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and licensure)
  • Incentives: Annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions.
  • Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for operational support as needed.
  • Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Active MD/DO license with board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience.
  • Significant experience in weight management.
  • Multiple state licenses required; must possess at least 10 licenses.
  • Must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours per month.
  • Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually.
  • Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers.
  • Ability to deliver empathetic, high-quality care to patients.
  • Passionate about patient education.
  • Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus.
