Responsibilities

Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for guests and residents throughout their stay until departure
Consistently provide exceptional experiences to guests, residents, and partners by acting as a trusted friend and local insider
Foster a "one team" mentality by collaborating with the property team
Execute audit tasks and interactions embodying the Property Team Mission
