Knowledge of food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures

Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products and sample them
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh, meet quality standards, check for out-of-date products daily, and follow disposal procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli department, including display cases, to deliver GOLD club standards (Grand opening look daily)
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty, integrity, and member focus; escalate concerns as appropriate
Work as a team to achieve goals, innovate, adapt, and ensure a safe, positive environment for members and team
