Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses
Knowledge of food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures
Capability to maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Ability to work overnight shifts as a full-time team member

Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service: answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats); help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain deli presentation, cleanliness, including display cases; ensure all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized
Support safe and positive environment; resolve and de-escalate member concerns; embrace inclusion and diversity
Carry out job functions as assigned; work as a team to achieve goals and deliver GOLD club standards daily
