Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year technical degree or better preferred (preference for fluid power programs or similar disciplines such as industrial technology, mechanical or related); OR combination of work experience, training and education
  • Fluid Power Certification preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 year in industrial sales
  • Previous sales experience selling mobile hydraulic components, service and repair preferred
  • Specific experience selling fluid power components and services preferred (Cylinders, Pumps, Motor & Valve repair, Onsite repair services, sales of new hydraulic components, fluid conveyance and related items)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Can achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk throughout the day interacting with shop technicians and make customer site visits
  • Ability to lift items weighing as much as 50lbs at times
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required
