Responsibilities

  • Design and drive the practices, rituals, and operating models that create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across engineering, product, and UX
  • Align approach and practices with enterprise culture frameworks, values language, recognition and engagement strategy
  • Coach Product & Engineering leaders on team dynamics, ownership, and execution mindset
  • Align with enterprise leadership development philosophy, programs, and tools
  • Partner with the CPTO and leadership team to continuously optimize operating model decision-making, collaboration, and processes to maximize impact
