Responsibilities

Design and drive the practices, rituals, and operating models that create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across engineering, product, and UX
Align approach and practices with enterprise culture frameworks, values language, recognition and engagement strategy
Coach Product & Engineering leaders on team dynamics, ownership, and execution mindset
Align with enterprise leadership development philosophy, programs, and tools
Partner with the CPTO and leadership team to continuously optimize operating model decision-making, collaboration, and processes to maximize impact
