Candidates need 2–4 years of experience in change management, communications, training, or project coordination, ideally in IT or ERP environments, plus exposure to ERP or digital transformation programs like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.
