Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Interact within own team and with direct supervisor
  • Follow detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact own work
  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
  • Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility, and manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow
  • Streamline billing processes overseeing customer inquiry, sales order, delivery, and invoicing
  • Handle cash application processing, solve queries related to cash applications, and coordinate with customers
  • Understand and perform cash applications, apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process from payment receipt to finalization
  • Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance, enable rich product content management and print publishing, and synchronize global data for consistency and control
