Requirements

  • Experience overseeing and optimizing Order to Cash (O2C) operations in a SOX-controlled environment
  • Ability to deliver enterprise critical performance metrics (e.g., DSO, Cashflow, bad debt) and protect receivables assets from default and fraud risks
  • Expertise in improving cost to serve, productivity, implementing best practices, automation, and continuous improvement on a global/regional scale
  • Skills in managing internal and external teams, including BPO partners (e.g., Genpact), overseeing performance, aligning KPIs/targets, and driving cost optimization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Customer Services, Business Unit Commercial teams, Local finance organizations, Commercial CoEs, and diverse APAC markets
  • Capability to act as regional escalation point, deliver regional SLAs, monitor service delivery, and coordinate operations boards for performance updates and process improvements
  • Membership or ability to contribute to O2C Extended Global Leadership Team (ELT) for defining/implementing global objectives

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize APAC O2C operations performance, delivering critical metrics (DSO, Cashflow, bad debt) while protecting £2Bn receivables from risks
  • Manage APAC operations resources (internal/external), including relationship with BPO partner (Genpact), performance oversight, KPI alignment, service delivery, continuous improvement, and cost optimization
  • Drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure coordination across O2C cycle functions (CoEs, Customer Service, LOC finance) in APAC markets
  • Deliver regional SLAs for O2C processes, promote BPO partnerships, monitor delivery, and serve as escalation point between BPO, operations, and internal customers
  • Coordinate regional operations boards for performance updates to stakeholders/local finance, facilitate process improvement discussions, co-lead execution, track progress, and measure results
  • Provide strategic leadership to APAC O2C teams, ensuring unified operational performance aligned with global standards
  • Contribute to O2C Extended Global Leadership Team (ELT) for defining/implementing global O2C objectives, including BPO, in alignment with business goals
  • Work closely with O2C Global Process Owner (GPO) to identify tool improvements, automation, reduce financial risks, improve cash flow, minimize revenue leakage, and deliver business value
