  • Sales admin or customer support job experience
  • Practical experience in order processing or related tasks using SAP
  • Experience in business communication using Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and CPQ
  • Microsoft Excel skills (basic functions, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Japanese: Fluent level or above

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales teams and customers to confirm order details, scrutinize for compliance, and input into SAP (including resolving errors like data transfer issues)
  • Confirm and follow up on internal approvals related to order input
  • Request purchase orders to the procurement team based on inputted orders
  • Input advance purchase orders as needed
  • Input and manage master data such as end-user and delivery address information
  • Allocate inventory items to orders, confirm shipments, and recognize sales
  • Adjust shipping dates with related departments and customers
  • Respond to inquiries regarding orders
