Responsibilities

  • Be a role model and provide exceptional customer service in administration, order management, quotations, master data to external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive resolution of complex customer requirements, manage escalations, process and follow up requests within guidelines, liaise with partner functions (sales, commercial, distribution, finance)
  • Become expert in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Adhere to company policies, operational regulations, and departmental training guidelines
  • Deliver on daily/weekly/monthly KPI metrics; proactively engage in efficiency and productivity initiatives
  • Take lead as single point of contact for technical activities on assignments/projects
  • Drive and continuously improve processes, demonstrate attention to operational details, leverage computer systems for data accuracy and quality; drive/develop/review training materials and contribute to new joiner trainings
  • Develop relevant daily customer service reports
  • Assess individual customer requirements and direct to appropriate partner departments if required
  • Act as deputy for Team Leader when required; support management with consolidated operational data and service reports
