Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club
  • Drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments
  • Perform all OMNI functions and lead Omni team members
  • Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experience
  • Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
  • Deliver results by executing business expectations within expected timeframes, setting clear expectations, utilizing follow-up, and ensuring accountability
  • Support team member engagement, application of policies, procedures, and compliance across areas of responsibility
  • Address team member and member concerns, escalating as appropriate, with team member and member in mind
  • Acknowledge team member success, work as a team to achieve goals, and identify/retain top talent
  • Guarantee service excellence through all points of contact and set service standard expectations for team members
  • Provide team support and empowerment to resolve every member concern
  • Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily (e.g., Grand opening look)
