Ability to perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Proficiency in using handheld scanner (RF) device to verify merchandise counts and update locations
Capability to operate equipment
Knowledge of digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
At least 18 years old (for 401(k) eligibility)

Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
Utilize handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, including expired or short-dated items on pick list
Communicate with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished
Work with team to pull merchandise from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment
Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, address concerns, and escalate as appropriate
