Ability to perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment

Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
Utilize a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor
Use handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, and communicate expired or short-dated items on pick list
Communicate with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished
Work with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment
Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators
Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space
Organize member orders using bin storage based on gold standards
Regularly clean and maintain storage bins based on safety standards
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look
