Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and verbal communication)
  • Several years of experience in an administrative function, including experience with analytical tasks
  • IT literate: Strong ability to understand and work within complex systems and processes
  • Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, high integrity, and a hands-on approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Highly detail-oriented and focused on accuracy in processing orders and invoices
  • Strong communication skills for internal coordination and external customer interactions
  • Equivalent experience in a business administration, finance, or logistics-focused role is accepted

Responsibilities

  • Review, accurately process new sales orders, and coordinate execution and delivery logistics with relevant internal departments
  • Set up invoicing schedules, create and send client invoices, and follow up on changes throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Support the collections process by diligently administering the internal reminder procedure
  • Become involved in the testing of enhancements and updates to the core business systems used by the Orderdesk team
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation is maintained for all orders and invoicing activities
