Requirements

Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and verbal communication)
Several years of experience in an administrative function, including experience with analytical tasks
IT literate: Strong ability to understand and work within complex systems and processes
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, high integrity, and a hands-on approach
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Highly detail-oriented and focused on accuracy in processing orders and invoices
Strong communication skills for internal coordination and external customer interactions
Equivalent experience in a business administration, finance, or logistics-focused role is accepted

Responsibilities

Review, accurately process new sales orders, and coordinate execution and delivery logistics with relevant internal departments
Set up invoicing schedules, create and send client invoices, and follow up on changes throughout the contract lifecycle
Support the collections process by diligently administering the internal reminder procedure
Become involved in the testing of enhancements and updates to the core business systems used by the Orderdesk team
Ensure accurate and timely documentation is maintained for all orders and invoicing activities
