Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ with a focus on HRMS and HCM modules
  • Expertise in the following Oracle EBS HCM modules: Compensation Workbench, P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Payroll (US), P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Performance Management, P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Time & Labor, P1 - Oracle EBS HCM User Productivity Toolkit
  • Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, including Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules
  • Support HRMS and Payroll processes, including Hire-to-Retire activities such as Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations
  • Provide expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Compensation Workbench, Payroll (US), Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations
