Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree, and previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are required. Understanding of insurance policies, terminologies, and compliance requirements is also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
The Ops Processing Spec will maintain required availability to answer and accurately service requests in an electronic work queue, serve as the main point of contact between the company and its external law firms, ensure customer needs/requests are resolved promptly and completely, maintain regular communication to address any concerns, updates, or issues, obtain necessary information via research of internal systems or request from external sources via email, escalate problematic or sensitive issues/matters to Management, document accurate and timely information and facts, as well as status of data requests.
