Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s / College Degree.
  • Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of insurance policies, terminologies, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced/time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain required availability to answer and accurately service requests in an electronic work queue.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its external law firms.
  • Ensure customer needs/requests are resolved promptly and completely.
  • Maintain regular communication to address any concerns, updates, or issues.
  • Obtain necessary information via research of internal systems or request from external sources via email.
  • Escalate problematic or sensitive issues/matters to Management.
  • Document accurate and timely information and facts, as well as the status of data requests.
