Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanical, another STEM-related program, or business-related field
Fluent in spoken and written English with effective communication skills
Able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary)
Have legal right to work in the country of application without sponsorship or time restrictions

Responsibilities

Assist with daily manufacturing operations, including monitoring equipment, supervising processes, and ensuring production targets are met
Participate in quality control and assurance processes, inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications
Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions in manufacturing operations
Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and increase productivity
Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices
Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to maintain compliance
