Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily manufacturing operations, including monitoring equipment, supervising processes, and ensuring production targets are met
  • Participate in quality control and assurance processes, inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions in manufacturing operations
  • Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
  • Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and increase productivity
  • Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices
  • Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to maintain compliance
