Ability to work night shift (full-time employment)

Responsibilities

Support start-up activities during project phase, including formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection
Become an expert in assigned area and educate team on proper facility operation
Ensure continuous supply of medicines by expertly running processes, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally
Maintain safety first / quality always mindset while supporting daily activities to meet capacity plans
Provide leadership on manufacturing floor to ensure high levels of safety, quality, and productivity
Maintain a safe work environment, exemplify safe practices, and support HSE goals
Act as administrator and technical leader for operations, demonstrating knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems, and teaching proper techniques
Serve as key resource for troubleshooting and primary point of contact for issue escalation on the shop floor
Administer technical training and ensure all operators are trained to perform tasks
Operate equipment and perform activities to meet production schedule
Assist in checking execution documentation (Electronic Batch Record, SAP, Cleaning Logs)
Drive departmental objectives including improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance
Support site leadership to build a diverse and capable organization by delivering area operational procedures, quality processes, and controls for PAR areas
Act as key liaison between operations and support functions
