Responsibilities

  • Support start-up activities during project phase, including formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection
  • Become an expert in assigned area and educate team on proper facility operation
  • Ensure continuous supply of medicines by expertly running processes, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Maintain safety first / quality always mindset while supporting daily activities to meet capacity plans
  • Provide leadership on manufacturing floor to ensure high levels of safety, quality, and productivity
  • Maintain a safe work environment, exemplify safe practices, and support HSE goals
  • Act as administrator and technical leader for operations, demonstrating knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems, and teaching proper techniques
  • Serve as key resource for troubleshooting and primary point of contact for issue escalation on the shop floor
  • Administer technical training and ensure all operators are trained to perform tasks
  • Operate equipment and perform activities to meet production schedule
  • Assist in checking execution documentation (Electronic Batch Record, SAP, Cleaning Logs)
  • Drive departmental objectives including improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance
  • Support site leadership to build a diverse and capable organization by delivering area operational procedures, quality processes, and controls for PAR areas
  • Act as key liaison between operations and support functions
