The position offers a market-conform salary depending on knowledge and experience, plus a shift allowance of 28.5%, holiday compensation of 3.5% (exchangeable for 61 ATV hours), fully paid pension by Ketjen, and a fixed year-end bonus of 7.5%.

The role follows a 5-shift roster (5-ploegendienstrooster) and requires deployability within different areas of the factories, working both in the field and at the control panel.

Candidates must hold a Vapro-B diploma or higher, have production operator experience, master multiple areas (field and panel), be stress-resistant, independent, flexible, a team player with good communication skills, and experienced with systems like MS Office and SAP.
