Requirements

5-7 years of experience developing, conducting, and refining training programs for complex operating models
Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment (healthcare background preferred)
Experience autonomously building training modules capable of onboarding groups of 10+ people
Experience with modern LMSs and designing for L&D programs (making it presentable and digestible, not just creating or developing a training platform)
Flexible self-starter who can independently drive decisions and effectively communicate them to appropriate stakeholders

Responsibilities

Review existing training materials and processes
Learn the ins and outs of operations and fulfillment processes
Create and improve self-guided training platforms for new hires
Re-create Operations team training materials and processes to effectively and efficiently onboard new hire classes (remote or in-office)
Own the end-to-end training process and serve as the cornerstone for the Ops team’s success
