Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices; training will be provided as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Shop floor interface experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of work sites and equipment
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials
  • Support the operations team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, following safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
  • Adapt to evolving project needs and assist with additional duties as assigned
