Requirements

Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft professional messages and updates, exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, and the willingness to take necessary actions and decisions to meet objectives and deadlines. They must also demonstrate the ability to problem solve and work proactively, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, exhibit strong attention to detail when reviewing documents, identify errors, ensure compliance, and maintain high accuracy through meticulous validation, and be well-organized with the capability of managing and resolving conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

The Operations Support Officer will provide general administrative support to the team, perform data management across various platforms including Hubspot, ClickUp and MyCRM, report on key areas and functions within the department, maintain document control and records management systems, support project planning, execution, and monitoring, assist with monthly billing preparation and reconciliation, identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements, draft and format professional communications and templates for internal and external stakeholders, assist in updating rosters and task pipelines, collect and compile survey feedback and operational insights for reporting, send out regular communications and updates to stakeholders via appropriate channels, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external brokers.
