Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist business associates, visitors, and headquarters staff in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Accurately and efficiently type and distribute letters, memoranda, purchase orders, or other material
  • Utilize processing, spreadsheet, and other computer software; prepare documents from hard copy or recorded formats
  • Assist senior management in the preparation of regularly scheduled or special reports
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, processing mail, and answering phones
  • Maintain necessary office supplies
  • Ensure various equipment is properly configured, installed, and maintained
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
