Responsibilities

Greet and assist business associates, visitors, and headquarters staff in a courteous and helpful manner
Accurately and efficiently type and distribute letters, memoranda, purchase orders, or other material
Utilize processing, spreadsheet, and other computer software; prepare documents from hard copy or recorded formats
Assist senior management in the preparation of regularly scheduled or special reports
Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, processing mail, and answering phones
Maintain necessary office supplies
Ensure various equipment is properly configured, installed, and maintained
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
