Maintain a Safety-First culture in our food-based Fulfillment Center (FC)
Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics
Maintains or exceeds the requirements and standards of OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA
Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs
Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively
