Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor – Polymer Center will supervise a team of operators, ensuring the efficient sorting, grinding, washing, and other production activities within the Polymer Center. They will lead all operations staff in executing the manufacturing plan, partnering with maintenance and technical teams to maintain equipment and meet quality specifications. The role involves overseeing safety and accident prevention programs, resolving customer issues, establishing productivity goals, and supporting a culture of employee engagement and customer satisfaction while adhering to all operational standards.
