Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
  • At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience (fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect)
  • Completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units) can be considered depending on years of BPO experience
  • Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement, and rotating work schedule
  • Amenable to work in QC site

Responsibilities

  • Support any volume-based customer facing or back-office requirement as needed by the business
  • Provide customer support through email, chat, or phone calls
  • Interpret written English language
  • Work well on own initiative and remain focused
  • Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Apply a keen eye for detail and accuracy, with ability to summarize information quickly and accurately
