Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs, establish relationships with key community individuals/groups, represent the company externally, and champion company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing/monitoring asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality standards, overseeing reviews, and developing action plans
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition/feedback, setting expectations, and promoting a belonging mindset
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage/support initiatives, resolve customer issues, develop action plans, and provide process improvement leadership for high-quality customer experience
  • Assist store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, developing corrective plans, and participating in budget forecasting
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies, support mission/values/ethics/integrity, implement action plans, and utilize Open Door Policy
