Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers and team members to understand Target’s supply chain operations
  • Lead and support execution of daily operations alongside team members
  • Lead, motivate, and influence a team, including leading a department
  • Collaborate with a Mentor to learn effective department leadership and gain visibility into building functions
  • Problem solve, conduct real-time observations, and drive results while prioritizing safety and productivity
  • Step into leading Mentor's work center with guidance
  • Participate in ongoing developmental conversations, training, and support to build skills in team culture, problem solving, change management, retail fundamentals, workload planning, team management, and business strategy
