As a Regional Operations Manager, the individual will oversee day-to-day operations across 4-5 CloudKitchens facilities, manage and train teams of hourly staff and site-level managers, optimize fulfillment processes for scalability and efficiency, maintain financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities, support customer onboarding and issue resolution, partner with sales to backfill vacant kitchens, collaborate cross-functionally on product roadmaps and feedback loops, and ensure compliance with food safety and building standards.
