Requirements

  • 4+ years in operations management, technical program management, analytics, and/or implementation leadership roles
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end operational workflows and process improvements
  • Experience working with EMR data migrations (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing and working with large relational datasets (Required)
  • Python with hands-on experience using popular data frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers’ legacy biller data models, payment structures, and reporting practices
  • Pull, analyze, and validate reports from customer EMRs to uncover RCM trends and benchmarks
  • Partner with Revenue Analytics and QBR teams to measure and articulate Commure’s performance vs. old billers
  • Build and maintain standardized runbooks for benchmarking workflows
  • Identify gaps in customer data and design scalable approaches for recurring benchmarking scenarios
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to codify EHR-specific configurations
  • Train and manage offshore QA/ops teams responsible for data validation and benchmarking tasks
  • Define workflows, set SLAs and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement across global teams
  • Partner with engineering and internal ops to build Retool dashboards, automations, and benchmarking tools
  • Translate manual workflows into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
  • Act as the connective tissue between Professional Services, Revenue Analytics, and Product teams
  • Provide insights to customer-facing teams to support onboarding, QBRs, and ROI demonstrations
  • Surface patterns and customer needs that can inform Commure’s broader RCM and AI product strategy
