Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will support the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of the store, including management, supervision, and policy implementation. Key responsibilities include sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, financial management, and customer service leadership. This role involves leading others, supervising and directing crew activities, communicating effectively with the store team and supervisors, and supporting the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements. The Operations Manager will also assist customers with inquiries, problems, and complaints and promote the CVS customer service culture.
