Requirements

Leadership experience in managing teams in PHP/IOP or outpatient settings
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (Federal, State, local, JCAHO/Joint Commission)
Understanding of financial stewardship, budgeting, and operational analysis

Responsibilities

Assist with formulation and implementation of business plans and strategic goals
Report on program operations, progress, organizational effectiveness, and efficiency
Oversee financial performance, including monthly reviews, census reports, and annual budgets
Support new program implementation, staff recruitment, onboarding, and business development
Provide employee coaching, clinical support, and collaborate on employee relations with HR and Director
Manage daily operations, maintain policies/procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance
Support quality initiatives, Joint Commission readiness, and performance improvement programs
Promote department goals, mission, and communicate to staff
Educate new staff on regulations, train interns, and participate in seminars/committees
Demonstrate effective communication, organizational skills, and solution-focused contributions
