Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. User-level computer knowledge is required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word. Experience with SAP is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Candidates should be able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and operate heavy warehouse equipment. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary, along with problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, and candidates must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

The Operations Logistics Associate will manage all warehouse material flow processes from the dock to production and shipping using various transportation methods. They will use systems technology to input and retrieve inventory data, assess material needs for production areas, and pull materials to support the production schedule. The role requires resolving inventory errors, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining a clean work area. Additionally, the associate will uncrate critical components, support indirect material storage, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of parts.
