  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, enrolled in 3rd or 4th year
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in technology or operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Identify, document, and report platform bugs to the technical team, collaborating to test and implement solutions
  • Help build and maintain resource hub for customer support and platform documentation
  • Assist new customers during platform onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup and strong foundation for success
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects across product, sales, operations, and technology to drive business growth and efficiency
