Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, enrolled in 3rd or 4th year
Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in technology or operations
Innovative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for solving problems
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong desire to learn and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting while taking ownership of individual tasks
Based in Calgary or willing to relocate for on-site work
Plan to return to full-time or part-time studies after the 4-month internship starting January 2026

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support by troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and ensuring timely resolutions
Identify, document, and report platform bugs to the technical team, collaborating to test and implement solutions
Help build and maintain resource hub for customer support and platform documentation
Assist new customers during platform onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup and strong foundation for success
Collaborate on cross-functional projects across product, sales, operations, and technology to drive business growth and efficiency
