Responsibilities

Learn about employee engagement and volume
Investigate improvements for material variances
Help with improvements for the new generation of workforce
Assist with downtime efficiency issues and goal achievement through implementation of action plans
Recommend and implement improvements to reduce variances
Work with the training team to recommend new ideas for training and learning for the new generation
