Responsibilities

Manage operations in Ahmedabad and later Gujarat & other parts of West India
Conduct regular visits to all project sites to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure work aligns with the plan
Hold regular meetings with clients to update on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations
Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients
Facilitate meetings with site teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project goals
Provide expertise and value addition throughout the project cycle, including defining development strategy with the project team and ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
Oversee multiple projects during design, procurement, and construction stages, offering expertise on feasibility, buildability, value addition, value engineering, schedule, and implementation of micro-schedules by site team
Hand-hold project team to implement procedures and ensure all activities are well-coordinated and efficiently executed
Actively engage in on-site construction activities, providing guidance and support to the site team
Serve as the main point of escalation for project delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
