Minimum of three years of experience in Operations Excellence and/or Operations
Experience with the application of current Operator digital tools
Strong comprehension of the Safe Work Permitting process as applied in the field
Proven ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message
Ability to listen actively to others and address their concerns

Responsibilities

Obtain ePermitting application proficiency and serve as one of the Subject Matter Experts during training, go-live, and hypercare
Conduct/Instruct ePermitting Training Classes with the support of the full multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team
Support application troubleshooting and the resolution of issues during site implementation and hypercare with the support of the full multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team
Attend the readiness workshop for implementation teams ensuring readiness to assume responsibility for assigned role
Coordinate with the Field Implementation Team Leader and other multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team members to schedule time on-site, vacations, holidays, and days off, including backfilling for other team members and/or the Field Implementation Team Leader when needed
Serve as primary point of contact for the ePermitting implementation at assigned sites for the Operations/Product Control Groups
