Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition team to gather necessary information for creating accurate and comprehensive offer letters
  • Leverage templates and tools to create offer letters, ensuring inclusion of all critical details such as compensation, position details, and other terms and conditions
  • Engage with candidates to discuss offer details, address their questions, and resolve any concerns regarding the offer letter
  • Upon acceptance of an offer by a candidate, ensure that all pre-hire tasks are provided to candidate in a timely manner to meet agreed upon start date
  • Partner with vendors (i.e. Background check) to ensure pre-hire tasks are assigned in a timely manner
  • Track the progress of tasks from offer letter submission to employee start date
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the candidate experience and overall offer/onboarding process
  • Recognize when to escalate issues that would impact the experience for a new hire
