Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Understanding and experience in remotely managing HP Printer Fleets
  • Troubleshooting of day-to-day issues with user machines for printer-related incidents
  • Knowledge of HP Print Cloud environment and experience in managing devices via HP Cloud
  • Experience in troubleshooting HP Print Embedded Web Service issues
  • Good understanding in management of printer configurations via HP Print Embedded Web Service
  • Good knowledge of other features of HP printers like Badging, Scanning, Printer Reset etc
  • Experience in managing HP Capture and Route Solution for Faxing
  • Experience in creating and analysis of reports from HP Webjet Admin Tool
  • Coordination with HP Vendor/Site POC for installation/movement of Printers
  • Experience in checking Printer Supply Status and other errors via HP Device Control Center
  • Good to have: Knowledge of basic Windows server functionalities

Responsibilities

  • Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance system performance
  • Engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems
  • Ensure all operational processes align with established standards and best practices
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows
