Responsibilities

  • Create KPI for Operations to help improve performances
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to set cost budget based on data for every ops function
  • Gather, calculate & evaluate performance data for monthly ops KPI based on scheme created
  • Create pay scheme for blue collar workers in related Ops function
  • Execute, maintain, and calculate payscheme
  • Monitor and analyze cost trend with insight from related stakeholders
