- +2 years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, business analyst
- Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment also self-learn under minimal direction
- Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools like Excel and SQL, with experience in Tableau or Python
- Detail oriented and data driven

Responsibilities
- Create KPI for Operations to help improve performances
- Coordinate with stakeholders to set cost budget based on data for every ops function
- Gather, calculate & evaluate performance data for monthly ops KPI based on scheme created
- Create pay scheme for blue collar workers in related Ops function
- Execute, maintain, and calculate payscheme
- Monitor and analyze cost trend with insight from related stakeholders
