Ability to work a full-time (40hrs per week) variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions (e.g., spills, wet areas, debris)
Able to operate vehicles in the performance of assigned duties in an effective, safe, and proper manner
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts efficiently
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
Background in managing inventory and overseeing event setups in a similar setting
Responsibilities
Conduct daily physical inventories of cleaning supplies, building equipment, and rental items
Audit the inventory purchasing system and review outstanding orders monthly
Update storage areas and supplies, and coordinate weekly inventory management
Oversee setups, cleaning, and maintenance while assisting the housekeeping and tech utility teams during changeovers
Write recaps, shift notes, and operational plans
Support the Operations Manager and Supervisors through staff oversight, inventory control, and training of new hires
