Responsibilities

Daily oversight of building appearance and functionality
Liaison with Boston University Facilities for repairs and maintenance
Assist Chief Operating Officer on building security, security protocols, and staff training
Provide administrative support as needed for the Senior Leadership team
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of 10-12 Boston University work-study students to serve as building receptionists
Maintain working relationships with BU Work Study representatives and adherence to work study arrangements
Prepare contract, invoices, and diagrams for BU Departments and outside groups
Coordinate setups with facilities
Assist with marketing of space by giving tours and answering inquiries
Serve as first point of contact for any tech issues among staff
Manage inventory of computers and accessories
