Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight of building appearance and functionality
  • Liaison with Boston University Facilities for repairs and maintenance
  • Assist Chief Operating Officer on building security, security protocols, and staff training
  • Provide administrative support as needed for the Senior Leadership team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of 10-12 Boston University work-study students to serve as building receptionists
  • Maintain working relationships with BU Work Study representatives and adherence to work study arrangements
  • Prepare contract, invoices, and diagrams for BU Departments and outside groups
  • Coordinate setups with facilities
  • Assist with marketing of space by giving tours and answering inquiries
  • Serve as first point of contact for any tech issues among staff
  • Manage inventory of computers and accessories
