Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field, with at least 2 years of experience in data analysis, operations, fraud, consulting, or a related role. Expertise in SQL is mandatory, and proficiency in Python is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with project management capabilities, are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Operations Business Data Analyst will lead analysis-driven projects to identify opportunities and translate data insights into business actions. They will gather and analyze business requirements, develop project scopes and plans, and use SQL and Python for data validation and performance measurement. Responsibilities include building dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions, supporting fraud detection projects, and continuously improving processes through data and technology. The role also involves providing analytical support to leadership for evaluating new initiatives and recommending actions, as well as contributing to the development of best practices within the Operations organization.
