The Operations Associate will drive operational excellence with a financial lens, bridging Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, and Clinical Operations. They will work to streamline and improve outcomes by improving Revenue Operations, collaborating across the organization to build assets, workflows, and tools for efficiency. This role supports month-end close and revenue recognition processes, including reconciling claims, adjustments, and collections. Additionally, they will collaborate with Finance to improve forecasting and refine model assumptions by analyzing historical claims, collections, and payment data.
