Property and Casualty license (administrative duties related to holding this license)
Preferred: Two or more years of college and completion of insurance courses (e.g., INS21, CIC, CISR, AU, or CPCU)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Agency Management Systems
Knowledge of TIF documents
Ability to work independently with high team interaction, demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, and positive behavior
Self-motivated, fast but accurate worker with high attention to detail
Sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving with minimal assistance
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion with sensitive information

Responsibilities

Take direction from and assist designated Brokers Assistant and Lead Broker(s) in all aspects
Log in quote submissions
Set up policies for typing
Perform all tasks related to premium finance
Compile all required documentation for the Policy Issuance Department for binding authority business
Compile all required documentation for SLA filings on individual risks
Order inspections
Handle daily mail (incoming and outgoing)
Perform related duties as assigned
Process new, ongoing, or closed claims
Run reports (e.g., loss runs, riskmeter reports)
