Requirements

  • Must be living in Latin America
  • Must be bilingual with fluency in English and especially Japanese (Written and Verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents
  • Updating logs and order forms
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager
  • Take care of overall office needs (e.g. Handling phone calls from vendors/partners, purchasing office supplies, communication with providers, coordination of office repairs, documents handling, etc.)
  • Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required
  • Provide support to Operations manager and team members as and when required
  • Communication with logistics partners/Resolve issues regarding shipment. Provide all pertinent shipping information needed to logistics (e.g. Create shipping lists with all the necessary information and send it to the logistics before the merchandise arrives to the warehouse)
  • Daily update and monitoring of all shipping from Japan in our inventory system (e.g. Update each order into our system as soon as we receive the shipping schedule with all tracking information from logistics)
  • Communication with NY Head Quarter (e.g. Inquiries related to the shipment from Japan. Basically, with HQ operations team and buying team)
