Requirements

Previous work experience in facilities and building operations management, preferably 2-4 years
Previous experience in managing vendors
A customer service-oriented approach to your work
Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Provide broad coordination and support in managing the Hillel of San Diego facilities and lease portfolio, including coordination of facilities management and vendor support
Manage maintenance and building repairs
Handle scheduling across several teams
Manage building supply orders
Oversee facilities technology
Coordinate rental logistics and execution
Ensure safety and security
Manage student ambassadors (front desk staff)
Provide set-up and supply support for programming teams
Provide administrative and operational logistical support for senior leadership, particularly around work combatting antisemitism and some board relations
