Responsibilities

  • Provide broad coordination and support in managing the Hillel of San Diego facilities and lease portfolio, including coordination of facilities management and vendor support
  • Manage maintenance and building repairs
  • Handle scheduling across several teams
  • Manage building supply orders
  • Oversee facilities technology
  • Coordinate rental logistics and execution
  • Ensure safety and security
  • Manage student ambassadors (front desk staff)
  • Provide set-up and supply support for programming teams
  • Provide administrative and operational logistical support for senior leadership, particularly around work combatting antisemitism and some board relations
